With the new slogan “Science works better with love,” Freshly continues to uphold the brand's core values and principles. It was the love of Mercè, the mother of one of the founders, who, in search of natural alternatives to care for her loved ones, started this journey. Her passion ended up inspiring Miquel and Mireia, lovers and chemistry experts, who, from the very beginning, believed in the power of science to change the world.
Since then, Freshly has maintained its vision and commitment to the planet and the future, embracing the purpose of helping people adopt healthy lifestyle habits and promoting healthy and transparent cosmetics that respect the environment. Initiatives such as the refill system, solid cosmetics, the use of glass in most of its packaging, and the Peta Vegan Test-Free label highlight the brand's commitment to the planet and sustainability.
In addition to the slogan, in 2024, the brand is also focusing on a change in visual and verbal identity. A more legible, robust, and impactful logo has been created, highlighting the brand's tone of voice through typography and a strong emphasis on color, a key characteristic of the brand since its inception. All these visual changes are evident in Freshly products as stock runs out, in line with the "zero stock" sustainability policy that the brand advocates, committing to not waste products.

The brand celebrates its eighth anniversary this year, closing 2023 with exponential growth. Its products are sold in 36 countries through its website and marketplaces, and physically in Spanish Freshly Stores and in various points of sale through distributors in Spain, Italy, and Portugal. The brand's journey and the efforts of its founders have been recognized over the past years with several awards, such as the “Best E-commerce Award of 2022,” the “José Manuel Lara Award for Business Ambition and Purpose,” and recognition as influential people with the inclusion in the “Forbes Under 30” list.
