The "Assim de Freshly" campaign, featuring five Freshly fans, aims to highlight real customer stories and experiences, serving as an authentic testament to the brand and its products. This closeness, transparency, and strong sense of community have made Freshly one of the most beloved cosmetic brands, now boasting a loyal community of over 2 million people.

FIVE TRUE STORIES THAT REFLECT THE FRESHLY VISION

"My name is Carlota, I'm 24 years old, and I'm as unique as my skin." This is how the first protagonist of the campaign introduces herself. Diagnosed with atopic skin since childhood (itchiness, dryness, irritation...), she only truly learned to understand her skin over time. "I tried countless things, and then I discovered Freshly. I realized that if I took care of my skin every day with high-quality ingredients, it would feel much better." Now, she follows a very specific routine for her skin type and has everything under control. "In the end, it's all about learning to care for, pamper, and love your skin."

Diana, 50 years old, also had to learn how to care for her skin. "At 26, my dermatologist told me that my days in the sun were over." After years of exposure to harsh elements like the sun, wind, and cold—due to her profession and high-altitude lifestyle—her skin had reached its limit. "I’m ‘this Freshly’ because I love staying on top of trends, but I only follow the ones that align with my values. Plus, if I can, I share them with those around me." A true "prophet of values," Aitor instantly won over the Freshly team from the very first day of casting.

Mamen, on the other hand, embodies self-improvement and self-love. During the pandemic, she went through a challenging personal moment: "Getting divorced at 40 was tough, and it becomes even harder when you're someone who doesn’t usually pay much attention to yourself. On top of that, I suddenly developed all the acne I never had at 15! I didn’t know where to start. Freshly helped me regain my self-confidence."

And last but not least, Maria, 42 years old, is a dermatologist specializing in aesthetic medicine. From a young age, she has been passionate about skin health and cosmetic formulations, which led her to become an expert in analyzing ingredient lists.
