Ingredients
- 250 g of broccoli, florets and stems
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 onion
- 2 teaspoons of butter
- 250 ml of vegetable broth
- 50 ml of cream
- Day-old bread (for croutons)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Remove the end of the stalk and separate the florets (reserve some for decoration at the end).
- Peel the garlic and onion, then chop them together with the broccoli florets and stems using the 350 ml chopper accessory of the MultiQuick 9;
- Derreta a manteiga num tacho e refogue a mistura de brócolos;
- Junte o caldo de legumes e deixe cozinhar lentamente por cerca de 15 minutos;
